The Role:

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team and work in our brand-new, state-of-the-art laboratory at Hollywood Private Hospital, Australia’s largest private hospital, which is equipped with the latest technology and instrumentation.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Scientist to join our team on a part-time basis at the new Hollywood Hospital Laboratory in Nedlands, working in all areas to provide quality,



timely and skilled diagnostic services.

The successful applicant must have:

- Multi-disciplinary laboratory experience;

- Experience working in a hospital or Stat Lab;

- A relevant degree in an appropriate scientific discipline, or qualifications which have been assessed for professional membership of AIMS;

- Attention to detail and multitasking skills;

- Ability to work efficiently and professionally, both independently and with others, while demonstrating exceptional communication and customer service skills;

- Availability to work all shifts across a 24-hour rotating roster; and
- The right to work in Australia;

Experience working in Blood Bank will be highly regarded The successful applicant will be required to work 30 hours per fortnight across a 24/7 rotating roster.
