Join the ANMF (SA Branch) as a Member Support Administrator and contribute to delivering high-quality service to our valued members.

About the Role:

Love solving problems and making someone’s day? Step into a role where every conversation counts. As our Member Support Administrator, you’ll be the warm, engaging voice on the phone—quickly understanding what members need, navigating challenges and delivering a service in a member-based organisation.

You will take ownership of enquiries from the first hello to the final solution, using curiosity, empathy and initiative to get things sorted. Whether you’re answering a question, untangling a tricky issue or working with colleagues to find the right outcome, you will keep members informed, supported and confident they’re in great hands.

You will work closely with all departments across the organisation to maintain a high standard of phone service to our members.

Your ability to provide effective and efficient support by prioritising allocated work, monitoring workflow, and meeting work deadlines, while providing empathetic solutions will be a vital part of this e role. As the Member Support Administrator you will undertake the role in a manner that promotes the ANMFSA both as a training organisation and as a professional and industrial organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality support to ANMF (SA Branch) members by handling phone and email Member Assist enquires.
- Accurately record and maintain member support data within the member iMIS database.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling member records and sensitive information.
- Monitor the enquiries mailbox on the ANMFSA website and direct enquiries to relevant area of the organisation.
- Offer accurate information about products, services, and fees, to members.
- Recording member interactions ensuring information is up to date and correctly entered.

About You: To be considered for the position you will need to demonstrate the following criteria:

- Experience in a member support and administration role, with well-developed and appropriate customer service skills, always putting the member's needs first.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,



with a proven ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and sensitively with members via telephone and email, demonstrating a strong commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive service delivery.
- You are highly computer literate, with strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite and competence in using computer-based information systems and phone systems.
- You can work effectively both as a member of a team and autonomously with limited supervision.
- You have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines consistently.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC).

This opportunity is available as a full-time fixed-term contract providing maternity leave cover. The Member Support Administrator role is classified at the ASO2 level in accordance with the ANMF (SA Branch) Employees Agreement. This role provides an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong customer service experience to play a key role in supporting and engaging members, while contributing to a agile and purpose-driven organisation.
