We are looking for a Part-time Membership & Loyalty Analyst to join our innovative marketing team to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working alongside a small Marketing team, the position will involve maintaining membership and customer data and assisting with ongoing marketing initiatives.

This position will initially require availability for 1-2 days per week, before transitioning into a full-time maternity leave cover as a Marketing Coordinator in February/March 2027 on a temporary contract.

Pay rate:

- Mon – Fri - $29.76
- Sat - $44.64
- Sun – $52.08

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately maintain records of membership numbers and retention to implement revaluating and improvement plans
- Ability to filter and generate large amounts of data into detail reports/charts to monitor member participation and engagement.
- Preparing membership packets to identify and develop upselling and retention materials
- Assist the Marketing team in planning and organising membership promotions, special events and other Marketing initiatives.




- Ability to comprehend consumer behaviour and different target segments within our customer data base.
- Performing other ad hoc duties/tasks as required

About You:

- At least 12 months experience in a similar role
- Experience with Oracle software, or similar is highly regarded.
- Strong data entry and data management skills
- Able to work autonomously and as a team.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and adaptability skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
