Breathe Movement | Sydney & Gold Coast | Hybrid / Virtual

Part-time | 20 hours per week | $35/hr + commission

Breathe Movement is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Membership Sales & Growth Specialist to join our team.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who loves building relationships, converting leads, growing memberships and helping a premium wellness business grow.

You’ll work across our two existing studios, with responsibility for lead conversion, membership sales and member retention, while also supporting the sales and pre-launch strategy for our next studio opening in 2026/2027.

The Role

- Follow up new leads, enquiries, trials and introductory offers
- Convert leads and trial clients into memberships
- Drive new membership and program sales across both studios
- Proactively follow up inactive, cancelled and lapsed members
- Build relationships that support long-term member retention
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in Mindbody
- Track leads, conversions and sales performance
- Help develop and execute the foundation membership campaign for our next studio
- Work closely with the Founder and launch team to build pre-opening membership sales
- Identify opportunities to improve our sales and follow-up processes

About You We’re looking for someone with proven sales or membership experience who is confident, personable, organised and commercially minded.

You’ll ideally

- Have experience in sales,



membership sales, fitness, wellness, beauty, hospitality or a similar premium service business
- Be confident following up leads by phone, SMS and email
- Be comfortable asking for the sale and working towards targets
- Have excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Be proactive and able to work independently
- Have experience with Mindbody or a similar CRM/booking system
- Love Pilates, movement, wellness, yoga, barre, dance or fitness

You’ll understand our customer — professional, health-conscious clients who value quality, community and premium wellness experiences.
