Mobile Phone Technician & Sales Person

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Phone Technician & Sales Person to join our mobile phone repair and retail team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing smartphones and tablets, along with strong customer service and sales skills. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs, assisting customers, providing quotes, selling phones and accessories, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the store.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, customer-focused and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair and diagnose smartphones and tablets
- iPhone and Samsung repairs
- Screen and battery replacements
- Charging port, camera, speaker and other component repairs
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Provide customers with repair quotes and explain repair options
- Provide excellent customer service
- Sell phones, accessories and repair services
- Process payments and use POS systems
- Assist with stock and inventory management
- Keep the store clean and organised
- Assist with opening and closing when required
- Handle customer warranty enquiries and follow-ups
- Support the general day-to-day operation of the store

What We're Looking For
- Previous hands-on mobile phone repair experience
- Good knowledge of iPhone and Samsung devices
- Strong attention to detail




- Good customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with retail sales
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Able to work independently
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Experience with iPads, Google Pixel devices, advanced diagnostics or microsoldering will be highly regarded.
