Experienced Mobile Tyre Fitters | Brisbane

- Trusted to take the van home: fuel card, tools, PPE and iPhone all provided

- Weekly bonuses, paid every week, plus an annual bonus program

- Real career progression with a growing national brand

Your workshop just got a lot bigger.

This isn't a job where you stand in the same bay all day waiting for the next car to roll in - at Mobile Tyre Shop, we're the Tyre Shop that comes to you, and you're the one who makes that happen! As a Tyre Technician you'll work at homes, workplaces and job sites right across Brisbane. We book the jobs and set the run - you're trusted with the van, the customer and the work, done properly every time.

Who we are

Mobile Tyre Shop brings premium tyre brands and expert fitting straight to customers across Australia. We're growing fast, demand is solid, and a 5.0 rating from more than 11,700 customers on ProductReview.com.au shows the reputation our technicians have built. We're also a three-time ProductReview award winner, and ranked on the Australian Financial Review Fast 100 and the Smart50 in 2025.

What you'll do

- Fit, rotate, balance and repair tyres on site

- Be the face of Mobile Tyre Shop on every job

- Follow your scheduled run on the company iPhone, no paperwork to chase

- Keep your van, gear and PPE to our safety standards

You won't be thrown in the deep end. You'll spend your first two weeks alongside a Senior Technician before heading out solo.

What you'll bring

- More than 6 months' tyre fitting experience (workshop, dealership or mobile)

- A current Australian driver's licence and Australian working rights
- A safety-first attitude and pride in doing the job properly
- The confidence to work independently and look after customers

We can teach you how we do things. What's harder to teach is reliability, pride in your work and how to treat a customer. That's what we're really hiring for.

What you'll get

- Trusted to take the fully equipped van home each day, with fuel card and tolls covered

- Tools, PPE, uniform and a company iPhone supplied

- Weekly bonus once you hit your job target, and more for every job after that
- An annual bonus program for our highest performing technicians

- Refer-a-friend rewards

- Steady, pre-booked work, averaging 6 jobs a day

- Full-time, Monday to Friday roster, with the option to work every second Saturday

- Staff tyre deal: up to four new tyres fitted and balanced on your own car each year, at our cost price
- A clear path to Senior Tyre Technician and Trainer roles

- Service Recognition Reward
