The Role

Due to significant business growth and the internal promotion of one of our valued team members, we are looking for a proactive Broker Support Manager to join our team.

As a Broker Support Manager, you will work within the Broker Support team and take ownership of the loan application process from pre-submission through to settlement, ensuring an exceptional client experience and maximizing broker efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, package and submit high-quality residential loan applications via MyCRM and Apply Online.
- Proactively manage and track applications through all stages, including assessment, conditional approval, formal approval and settlement.
- Assist Brokers with scenario research, lender policy checks, and serviceability calculations as needed.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date application notes, task lists and pipeline records within internal CRM systems.
- Act as a warm, professional, and clear communicator when liaising with clients, lenders, conveyancers and industry partners.
- Conduct thorough internal compliance reviews and quality checks prior to submission to minimise rework and delays.




- Anticipate potential bottlenecks or lender requirements, proactively taking initiative to solve problems before escalating.
- Conduct annual loan reviews for existing clients to ensure their lending structures remain competitive and suitable.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

- Prior experience in mortgage broking support, loan processing, or residential lending administration.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end residential loan application process, lender credit policies and compliance standards.
- Exceptional initiative—a naturally switched-on mindset that looks ahead, anticipates needs and takes full ownership without waiting to be asked.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-accuracy submissions.
- High level of organisation and responsiveness, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a confident, solutions-focused approach when navigating lender queries or issues.
- Warm, approachable and personable communication skills with a client-first service mentality.
- High personal accountability and dependability—consistently following through on tasks and commitments.
- Hands-on experience with mortgage systems such as MyCRM, Apply Online and Quickli highly regarded.
