The Opportunity – Drummoyne & Roseville Clinic
We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team in Drummoyne & Roseville.
As the largest independently owned provider of Shoulder to Hand Rehabilitation in Australia, we offer a rewarding and supported environment for clinicians looking to develop expertise across the full spectrum of upper limb and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Our Drummoyne and Roseville clinic provides a varied caseload including shoulder injuries and postoperative rehabilitation, sporting injuries, workplace injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and upper limb presentations from shoulder through to hand. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys musculoskeletal practice and is looking to further develop their skills in upper limb rehabilitation while working alongside experienced clinicians and leading medical specialists.
We work closely with local GPs, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Physicians, employers, and insurers, playing a vital role in helping people return to work, sport, and the activities that matter most to them.

Who We're Looking For
- Physiotherapist with at least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and upper limb rehabilitation, with a willingness to develop expertise across shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand conditions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to ongoing professional development
- A clinician who enjoys working collaboratively with Surgeons, GPs, employers, and insurers to achieve the best outcomes for patients
- Passionate about helping people return to work, sport, and everyday activities
