The Role

We are hiring compassionate Disability Support Workers to assist participants across the Northern, Western, and Southern Adelaide metro areas. You will work directly in participants' homes and local communities, helping them achieve daily goals, access activities, and maintain independence. We offer adaptable casual hours, including short, long, overnight, and weekend shifts to suit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing

- In-Home Care: Deliver dignified personal hygiene care,



meal preparation, medication support, and assist with general household tasks.
- Mobility & Safety: Safely assist with transfers using mobility gear (hoists/slide sheets) and adhere to individual support plans.
- Community Access: Drive participants to appointments, social events, and recreational activities using your insured vehicle.
- Reporting: Maintain clear, prompt shift documentation and log case notes within 24 hours.

What You Need

- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or relevant field experience.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and valid First Aid (HLTAID011) & CPR (HLTAID009).
- Completed NDIS Induction & Mandatory Modules (Orientation, Mealtime, Communication).
- Valid Driver’s Licence, reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance, and a smart device for shift management.

Pay: $36.08 – $44.76 per hour Work Location: On the road
