We are looking for a caring, reliable and motivated NDIS Support Worker to join our team at Bility Aid in Truganina, Melbourne. As an NDIS Support Worker, you will provide person centred support to people with disability and help them live as independently and confidently as possible. This is a rewarding role where you will have the prospect to make a genuine difference in the everyday lives of the people we support.

Your responsibilities will include providing support with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, community access and social activities. You will work closely with participants to understand their individual needs, preferences and goals while supporting their choice, independence and dignity. You may also assist with attending appointments, shopping, recreational activities and other activities that are important to the participant.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient and respectful, with a genuine interest in supporting people with disability.



Previous experience as an NDIS Support Worker or in the disability or community services sector is preferred, although we are also interested in people who have the right attitude and are willing to learn. Good communication skills, reliability and the ability to work independently are important for this role.

A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid and CPR certification are highly regarded. A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle may also be required depending on participant support needs.
