Townsville Hospital and Health Service is seeking Allied Health/Clinical Nurse Multi D (Clinical Assessor) to deliver clinical and non-clinical home-based assessments under the My Aged Care Gateway using IAT, working with clients and their representatives to set goals and coordinate services.

You will provide advisory clinical support and education to staff, service providers, external/internal stakeholders, clients and carers; travel may be required.
