You will coach staff, help recruit and train new hires, and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting ahead of a new store opening in Chadstone in November 2026.

The role emphasizes people leadership, KPI-driven performance, inventory control and a strong customer focus across weekly product launches and promotions.
