Health and Security Assistant (HASA) - Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital - Perm FT

Must hold a current Class 1A Security License with the NSW Security Industry 1997 Class 1A, Current First Aid Certificate and must possess an AustralianC-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.

In your response, outline how you applied conflict resolution, de‑escalation, and safe restraint principles, as well as how you ensured the safety of yourself and others.
