We are currently seeking a part-time permanent staff member to join our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team based at our offices in Sunshine.
The role n
If you're passionate about creating safe, healthy and thriving workplaces, we'd love to hear from you. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator, we are seeking a new team member that has:
n
n
Three plus years of experience in a health and safety advisory role, supported by relevant qualifications and a strong understanding of contemporary safety practices.
n
A genuine passion for health, safety and wellbeing, with the ability to influence, engage and build trusted relationships that foster a positive and proactive safety culture.
n
Demonstrated experience providing practical, fit-for-purpose safety advice and solutions, balancing legislative compliance with operational needs to achieve effective business outcomes.
n
Strong technical capability in risk management, including developing and reviewing risk assessments, designing safe systems of work, coaching stakeholders,
and developing and maintaining health and safety policies, procedures and documentation.
n
To be considered you will have: n
n
Three (3) plus years of experience in an OHS advisory role with appropriate supporting qualifications.
n
Demonstrated passion for OHS with the ability to promote a proactive and positive safety culture.
n
Demonstrated ability to provide practical, fit for purpose safety solutions, whilst ensuring that legislative and business requirements are not compromised.
n
Demonstrated experience in developing and reviewing risk assessments, designing safe systems of work and mentoring stakeholders.
n
