You will support the Director in day-to-day operations, foster strong rapport with children, parents and educators, and mentor staff to meet National Quality Standards.
We value a Diploma in Children's Services, 2 years in an Assistant Director role, and a robust grasp of NQS, Child Safe Standards, and EYLF.
