About the Role

You'll be responsible for

- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Building lasting customer relationships
- Guiding guests through the complete vehicle purchasing journey
- Demonstrating the latest Ford vehicle range
- Following up enquiries and generating current business opportunities
- Achieving individual and team sales targets

About You

- Current Queensland Motor Salesperson Licence
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a passion for customer service
- Professional, energetic and team-focused attitude
