Progressive | Curious | Respectful | Collaborative | Informed | Purposeful About The Role We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Townsville, supporting NDIS participants across the lifespan.
You’ll have a wide-ranging generalist caseload, working across home, community, telehealth and other participant environments. Depending on your experience and interests, your work could include functional assessments, Assistive Technology, home and living, equipment prescription, capacity building and ongoing therapy.
You’ll have plenty of autonomy to structure your day, while still being connected to an experienced multidisciplinary team and wider clinical network.
Your Team & Support You’ll be part of a broader multidisciplinary team including OT, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Behaviour Support and Social Work, with experience across disability, mental health, complex behaviour, Assistive Technology and specialist housing.
The team describes itself as fun,
experienced and creative, with a strong focus on sharing clinical knowledge, resources and support.
You’ll have access to fortnightly clinical supervision, peer support, shadowing opportunities and additional discipline-specific supervision, as well as support to develop your longer-term clinical interests and career goals.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
