About Health First Group

Our multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, speech pathologists, psychologists, remedial massage therapists, and Pilates practitioners, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, client-centred care.
We also specialise in occupational rehabilitation, supporting individuals and organisations through workplace assessments, suitable duties programs, return-to-work planning, and pre-employment assessments.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + performance-based bonuses

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our rapidly growing team.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will play an key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused care while supporting clients throughout their journey towards improved health, independence, participation, and overall wellbeing.
You will work within a collaborative clinical environment guided by our core values:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess, treat, and support clients experiencing functional challenges associated with injury, illness, disability, or ageing.
You will independently manage a diverse caseload, including:
- NDIS participants
- Private clients
- DVA clients
- WorkCover clients
- EPC referrals
You will have the opportunity to work across a varied range of clinical presentations while developing your skills within a supportive and progressive organisation.

What You Bring To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a registered Occupational Therapist, including at least 1 year in private practice
- A strong understanding of the rights, needs, and support requirements of people living with disabilities
- A valid Australian driver’s licence
- A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
