You’ll coordinate office services, suppliers, workplace administration, events and employee support activities, helping ensure our team has an efficient, welcoming and well-organised place to work. /n /n You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business and externally with office service providers, building management and suppliers. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Office Operations & Workplace Experience
/n
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Sydney office.
/n
- Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, stationery and staff amenities.
/n
- Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming workplace environment.
/n
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and liaise with building management and service providers.
/n /n Administration & Team Support /n /n
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics.
/n
- Assist with office communications, company mail-outs and workplace initiatives.
/n
- Support team meetings, staff events, training sessions and catering arrangements.
/n
- Coordinate corporate gifts and office-related purchases.
/n
- Supplier & Budget Coordination
/n
- Manage relationships with office suppliers and service providers.
/n
- Monitor office-related expenditure and assist with budget tracking.
/n
- Coordinate invoices and maintain accurate administrative records.
/n /n Workplace Safety /n /n
- Coordinate local office workplace safety activities, including first aid and emergency procedures.
/n
- Maintain workplace safety records and assist with office-based safety initiatives.
/n /n About You /n You’ll be a highly organised and approachable administrator who enjoys helping others and takes ownership of your work. /n We’re looking for someone with: /n /n
- 3+ years experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or similar workplace support role.
/n
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
/n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
/n
- Experience coordinating suppliers, vendors or service providers.
/n
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications.
/n
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
/n
- Experience within professional services or financial services will be highly regarded.
