Resourcing is a WA-owned recruitment business supplying skilled personnel to the mining, civil, construction, facilities management and infrastructure sectors across Australia.
We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support our CEO and leadership team while taking ownership of key office administration, compliance and operational functions. The role was previously structured at $85,000-$95,000 super (dependent on experience) and reports directly to the CEO.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves organisation, and wants a genuine career pathway into an Office Manager position.
About the Role This is a broad and hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Perth office whilst providing executive support to the CEO and assisting key business functions.
Key responsibilities include
- Executive support to the CEO and leadership team
- Diary, travel and meeting coordination
- Office administration and day-to-day operations
- Supplier and contractor management
- Management of office budgets and expenditure
- Administration of recruitment compliance processes
- Coordination of onboarding and employee documentation
- Preparation of reports, presentations and business correspondence
- Tender and proposal administration
- Maintenance of compliance calendars and key business deadlines
- Supporting finance, payroll and accounts administration activities
- Oversight of office systems, records and business processes
- Assisting with special projects and business improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Professional, polished and capable of dealing with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Strong with Microsoft Office and business systems
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Solutions-focused with a proactive approach
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Ideally You'll Have
- Previous experience in executive support, office management, administration or operations coordination
- Experience within recruitment, professional services, labour hire or mining-related industries (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent document, reporting and correspondence skills
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Full Australian working rights
