Exciting opportunity to join the Tweed Regional Museum team in a full time maximum-term position.
About the role: n
n
liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
n
provide secretariat support to the Museum Advisory Committee
n
provide admin and project support for programs and events such as exhibition openings and public programs
n
assist in generating, scheduling and overseeing content for various platforms including Facebook and Instagram
n

a base salary ranging from $77,555 per annum with competency-based increments up to $91,053 per annum, plus 12% super

a maximum-term role until 15 January **** with the option for extension as per operational needs

70-hour, 9 day fortnight

We are seeking: n
n
minimum Certificate IV qualification in a related field
n
advanced computer skills (Microsoft, including working with images and spreadsheets)
n
advanced administration skills including records management, meeting preparation and minute taking
n
highly developed written and oral communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to use initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
n
systematic, accurate and flexible approach to project support
n
current Working with Children Check
n
