Overview

In this role, you will play a central part in enhancing the firm's client-facing systems by driving hands-on D365 development, building custom Power Platform solutions, and working closely with marketing and business teams to achieve their strategic digital goals.
Key Criteria
Demonstrated experience withhands-on D365 developmentwithinMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRMand customer journey environments.
Power Apps & Power Platformexposure
PracticalSharePoint Onlineexposure and experience supporting M365 collaboration tools.
Provenstakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Demonstratedvendor engagementexperience, liaising and collaborating effectively with third-party technology partners.




Solid understanding of cloud-based integrations, web CMS platforms, and structured deployment processes acrossDev, UAT, and Productionenvironments.
Key Relationships
Internal: Business Solutions Manager, Marketing & BD Teams, IT & Digital Leadership, Key Stakeholders.
External: Technology Vendors and Third-Party Solution Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Performhands-on D365 developmentand continuous enhancements acrossMicrosoft Dynamics 365andCustomer Insights/Journeys.
Leadvendor engagementby liaising and collaborating with external partners to resolve technical issues and deliver platform enhancements.
Drivestakeholder engagement, partnering with internal teams to provide technical guidance, training, and strategic application support.
Oversee system governance, coordinatingMicrosoft Wave updates, testing, and deployment cycles acrossDev, UAT, and Production.
