Registered Nurse / Assistant In Nursing - Agency
MediRec is seeking experienced Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a number of residential aged care facilities across the Tweed Heads region on a casual basis.
Whether you're looking for a few extra shifts each week or regular agency work, we can help you build a roster that suits your availability and lifestyle.
Duties
AINs
Provide high quality personal care and support to residents
Assist with mobility, meals and activities of daily living
Maintain accurate documentation and report resident changes
Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams
Help create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents
Registered Nurses
Deliver high quality clinical care in a residential aged care setting
Complete assessments, care plans and clinical documentation
Administer medications and manage clinical incidents
Provide leadership and support to care staff
Ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care
Skills & Experience
AINs




Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Full working rights in Australia
Recent aged care experience (minimum 3-6 months in Australia)
Up-to-date Flu and COVID vaccinations
Reliable and professional approach to care
Registered Nurses
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Strong clinical and communication skills
