Job Description
Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced APS6 Senior Advisor – People & Performance to join a dynamic People Services team on a contract prospect for up to 12 months in Townsville, Queensland, Australia.
You will provide specialist HR guidance across employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations, partnering with managers to deliver practical, evidence-based advice and continuous improvement across People Services.
