Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Derrimut, VIC, responsible for overseeing daily logistics and warehouse operations. This position manages freight scheduling, customs documentation coordination, inventory and storage processes, and timely distribution of goods.

The Operations

Manager leads and supports team members, monitors performance and productivity, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also involves resolving operational issues, optimizing workflows, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders,



and using data and reports to improve efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including workflow planning, process improvement, and resource allocation.
- Experience in logistics and freight operations, such as import/export procedures, customs coordination, and transport scheduling.
- Competence in warehouse management, including inventory control, storage optimization, and safety compliance.
- Leadership and people management abilities, with experience supervising teams, coaching staff, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
