The Opportunity As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the productive delivery of our services. You’ll lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence, maintain high safety standards, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient and high‑performing operations by:

- Drive operational performance through clear communication, structured planning, visual reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build, coach and lead engaged teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes aligned with company values and regulatory requirements.
- Promoting and maintaining secure operating practices in line with legislative and regulatory requirements through regular monitoring and review of activities.

About You You are a hands‑on leader with strong operational and people management capability. You will bring:

- We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proven experience in an operations or supervisory role, ideally within a logistics, or waste management environment is desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff management and scheduling, with a focus on safety and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with team members, contractors, and the public.




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Role Requirements

- Experience in logistics, operations, or waste management (preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
- Strong computer literacy, including the use of Microsoft Office, CRM systems and GPS or operational tracking tools.
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for safety and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
