The Prospect: The Plasma Scanning Operator is responsible for ensuring accurate scanning and tracking of plasma units within the ERP system to maintain inventory integrity and product traceability. This role supports manufacturing operations by providing plasma and paste materials as required and performing plasma unit sampling in accordance with quality and operational procedures. The operator plays a critical role in maintaining efficient material flow, compliance, and product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

The Role:

- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance by adhering to EHS requirements, GMP/GxP regulations, TGA requirements, and all applicable procedures and guidelines.
- Receive, scan, store, sample, and manage plasma inventory, including quarantine and rejected units, ensuring accurate ERP transactions, traceability, and documentation.
- Supply plasma and paste to manufacturing areas in accordance with production schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives through the review, update, implementation, and enhancement of processes, procedures, housekeeping, and hygiene practices within the Plasma Scanning area.

To be successful:

- Education: VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience:



Demonstrated warehousing, distribution, or inventory management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or regulated workplace.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cGMP, GDP, GWP, inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and ERP systems (preferably SAP), with the ability to utilise basic statistical analysis techniques.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements to warehouse systems, processes, and operational performance.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Computer & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, sound judgement, problem-solving capability, and a working knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and related processing areas.
