Your Key Responsibilities:

As the Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching environment for children, educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:

- Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected

• Stay organised and vigilant – Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety

•

Empower your team – Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice

•

Inspire young minds – Design and deliver engaging,



educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection

•

Live the values – Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership

•

Build robust community ties – Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders

About You:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

•

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

•

Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).

•

Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

•

Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic

•

Certification in Child Protection Training.

•

Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.

•

A valid NSW Working With Children Check.

•

Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO. Register GECCKO
