Grow Health and Therapy Hub is a growing, person-centred allied health practice supporting children, adolescents and families across the Mornington Peninsula and beyond.

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our warm and collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Full-time and part time opportunities are available, with flexibility around days and working arrangements. We welcome applications from both experienced Occupational Therapists and early-career clinicians looking for a supportive environment to continue developing their skills and career.

About the role You'll provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention to children, adolescents and families, supporting their participation, independence and engagement in everyday activities.

Your caseload can be tailored around the work you enjoy and the areas you'd like to develop, whether that's sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine and gross motor development, daily living skills, school participation or other areas of paediatric occupational therapy.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with other allied health professionals to provide cooperative, individualised support that makes a meaningful difference for children and their families.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

- Warm, compassionate and person-centred
- Passionate about working with children, young people and families
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Reflective, reliable and committed to quality clinical practice
- Interested in continuing to learn and develop professionally
- Registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist and eligible to practise in Australia
