Serin Towing & Recovery pty ltd Key Responsibilities Inspect accident- and collision-damaged vehicles and remove damaged body panels, components, trims, upholstery and accessories as required to access affected areas and undertake repairs. Repair dents, creases and damaged vehicle bodywork using appropriate panel beating, hammering, pulling and reshaping techniques to restore panels to their original contours. Straighten and realign damaged vehicle body structures, panels and associated components using mechanical and hydraulic straightening equipment in accordance with repair requirements and manufacturer specifications.

Remove severely damaged body sections and fit suitable recent or replacement panels and components to restore accident-damaged vehicles to the required condition. Repair surface imperfections and damaged areas by applying body fillers and carrying out filing, grinding and sanding to achieve smooth, correctly shaped surfaces ready for finishing. Measure, cut, shape and join replacement body sections and metal panels using appropriate hand tools, power tools and welding equipment to complete structural and body repairs.

Fit repaired and replacement panels to vehicles, ensuring correct alignment and secure installation, and reinstall associated body hardware including door locks, handles, trims, mouldings and other accessories. Undertake panel and body restoration work on passenger vehicles, SUVs, light commercial vehicles and other vehicles handled through Serin Towing & Recovery’s towing,



recovery and smash-repair operations. Prepare repaired panels and vehicle body surfaces for refinishing and, where required, assist with or undertake spray painting and colour-matched refinishing to restore the vehicle’s appearance.

Conduct final inspections of completed panel and structural repairs to confirm appropriate panel fit, alignment, surface finish and repair quality before the vehicle is returned to the customer.
