- Quality Control: Conduct detailed inspections on all flashings, joins, and penetrations to ensure watertight, defect‑free finishes.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict Working at Heights procedures, EWP usage, and SWMS compliance across the team.
- Director Liaison:
Maintain regular communication with the Director regarding site progress, material requirements, and project milestones.
What We Are Looking For
- Roofing & Trades Background: Extensive commercial roofing experience with a proven track record as a Leading Hand, Working Foreman, or Site Lead.
- Insulated Panel Expertise: Hands‑on experience installing insulated roof and/or wall panels (e.g., Kingspan, Bondor) is highly desired.
- Precision & Quality: A "build-it-right" attitude with sharp attention to detail during set‑outs and structural alignments.
- Essential Tickets & Licences
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence & White Card
- Working at Heights Certification (essential)
- EWP / Yellow Card (Scissor & Boom Lift over/under 11m preferred)
- Crane / Dogging / Rigging tickets are a major bonus
What’s on Offer?
- Top‑Tier Remuneration: Market-competitive salary up to $140,000 + Super.
- Fully Covered Vehicle: Serviced company van/ute with all fuel and tolls 100% paid for.
- Lifestyle Hours: Standard day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri).
- Stable Project Runs: Consistent 4 to 5‑month project durations across Sydney Metro (less time commuting between sites).
- Overtime Potential: Occasional Saturday work with full penalty rates during peak project phases.
