We are seeking reliable, experienced, and confident PCA's to provide exceptional quality care for our residents.The successful candidate will possess the following:Certificate III in Aged CareExceptional Communication SkillsDementia experience training (highly regarded)Patient,



caring and empathetic natureAbility to build relationships with diverse range of residentsMinimum 6 months experience in the Aged Care Industry (preferred)Current Victorian Police CheckCovid 19 vaccination certificate including the booster shotThe ability to work in Australia (either Australian citizen or Permanent Resident).
