Brunetti Oro is seeking experiencedBarista's to join our friendly, dedicated, teams in the following venue's:Brunetti Oro Swanston StreetSerious about coffee, our Barista team receivesaccredited Barista training and ongoing mentorship from our coffee partners Lavazza, giving you a professional edgewhile working in adynamic and professional environment.As Barista you are required to provide a consistent, high-level quality coffee experience.You should have a minimum of 1 years experience and have the ability to provide superior levels of customer service.The successful applicant must:Be quick on the machine, yet not willing to compromise on quality (Barista)Be confident and a strong communicatorAdopt a hands-on approach,



delivering superior levels of customer service and quality coffee in a fast-paced environmentWork as part of a team, fostering a respectful, productive, and collegial working environment and cultureDemonstrated coffee knowledge with experience dialing recipes and adjusting brewing parametersExperience working with volumetric is desirableExperience working with 2 La Cimbali coffee machines, Pugpress, Mazzer Robur S Grinder machines, and a Juggler tap system is desirableThe ability to deliver and maintain a premium customer experience and a premium product - coffee!
