Palm Noosa are looking for experienced and enthusiastic casual staff to join our passionate team across our flagship boutique on Hastings Street, and Noosaville Warehouse locations.
The core responsibilities of a Palm Noosa retail assistant are to:
- Provide the highest level of customer care and customer experience
- Uphold the Palm Noosa brand by sharing our brand story, and providing knowledgable service, skilled styling, and immaculate personal presentation
The right candidate will posses:
- A keen eye for fashion, design, and familiarity with the Palm Noosa brand
- Exceptional customer service with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- A passion for luxury fashion and understanding of leading brands
- Ability to build a solid rapport with customers and staff
- Assist our warehouse team with daily tasks as needed.
Previous retail experience is essential. Experience within a premium to luxury boutique will be highly regarded.
