SalesPond is an Australian-headquartered sales development company helping major IT brands expand into new markets. We’re currently looking for a Japanese-speaking Sales Development Rep to join our growing team in Sydney.

You'll be engaging with Japanese-speaking decision makers across Japan, helping a global tech brand generate leads and book qualified meetings.

What You’ll Do:

- Make outbound calls and follow-up emails to Japanese-speaking prospects
- Book appointments and generate interest in IT products/services
- Use CRM, email tools, and call systems (training provided)
- Join client briefings and product training sessions

What We’re Looking For:

- Native or fluent Japanese speaker (business-level English also required)
- Confident communicator – especially over the phone
- Comfortable using tech tools (CRM, email, etc.)
- Sales, customer support,



or call centre experience preferred
- Open to graduates or career changers with robust Japanese communication skills
