About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of the practice.

This is a part-time/full-time permanent employee position, with standard employee entitlements including annual and personal leave, and the potential for hours to increase as the practice grows.

The Practice Manager will be a central point of coordination within the practice,

working closely with the Practice Directors, clinical team and administrative staff to ensure the practice operates efficiently, professionally and with a strong focus on patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the

practice, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient systems
- Lead, support and coordinate administrative staff, including recruitment,

training, rostering and performance management
- Oversee front-desk and patient coordination processes, ensuring patients

receive a warm, professional and positive experience
- Manage financial and administrative processes including invoicing, payroll,





budgeting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare legislation, privacy requirements,

workplace health and safety obligations and practice standards
- Develop, implement and maintain practice policies, procedures and

administrative systems
- Oversee patient records, appointment management and reception operations
- Liaise with external providers, contractors and service organisations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement practical

solutions as the practice grows
- Monitor practice performance and prepare reports and recommendations for

the Practice Directors
- Support the clinical team by ensuring administrative processes, systems and

resources enable them to provide excellent patient care
- Maintain a high standard of presentation, organisation and cleanliness

throughout the practice
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Aloura’s culture, systems and

patient experience

About You

- A team player who can build positive relationships with both clinical and

administrative staff

Highly Desirable

- Previous medical reception experience
- Previous Practice Manager experience
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary medical practice
- Experience with medical practice software and billing systems
- Experience helping establish, develop or grow a medical practice

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
