Carwow WA is a privately owned used-car dealership with a busy on-site workshop supporting a large volume of vehicles. We operate in a fast-paced environment where efficiency, organisation and communication are important. With mechanics, yard staff and other workshop personnel working across multiple vehicles at any one time, having the right parts available at the right time is essential to keeping the workshop moving.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and organised Parts Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day parts requirements of our workshop. This is a hands-on position responsible for sourcing and ordering parts, managing stock, coordinating with suppliers and working closely with our mechanics and yard staff to ensure parts are available when required.
You will also use our workshop management software to allocate parts to individual jobs, maintain accurate records and create and process invoices.
This role does not involve managing staff. We are looking for someone who can independently manage the parts function and keep things running efficiently in a busy workshop environment.
