Celtic Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team in West Perth. We are looking for a skilled and reliable pastry professional with a minimum of 2 years' relevant industry experience who is confident working in a busy commercial kitchen and can maintain high standards of quality, presentation, food safety and hygiene. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and production of a range of pastries, desserts and baked products while working closely with the wider kitchen team. ### Key Responsibilities- Prepare and produce pastries, cakes, desserts and other baked products- Carry out daily pastry preparation and production- Maintain consistent quality, portion control and presentation standards- Follow recipes and established preparation procedures- Ensure all food is prepared and stored in accordance with food safety requirements- Maintain a clean, organised and safe pastry section- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and preparation- Work efficiently during busy service and production periods- Assist other kitchen sections when required- Work collaboratively with chefs and other kitchen staff- Follow workplace health,



safety and hygiene procedures- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen ### Skills and Experience The successful applicant will have:

- Minimum 2 years' professional pastry chef experience - Relevant Certificate in Patisserie or equivalent qualification- Diploma of Hospitality Management is desirable- Current Food Safety / Food Handler Certificate- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation and production techniques- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and busy workplace- Strong attention to detail and presentation- Good organisational and time-management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable, punctual and professional approach- Strong communication skills- Flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the kitchen- Strong work ethic and a hands-on approach ### What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable and is willing to contribute wherever needed to support the kitchen team. Pay: $80,000.00 per year
