We’re looking for an experienced People, Capability & Culture Business Partner to join the action across Sea World Resort, Topgolf and Paradise Country. You’ll work alongside the Executive General Manager – Hospitality and the operational leaders to shape positive team experiences, strengthen culture and engagement, support workforce planning and deliver people solutions that keep our teams thriving through busy trading periods, major events and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be a trusted P&C; partner, working closely with leaders to:

- Provide practical and strategic advice across the employee lifecycle
- Coach leaders through performance, conduct, grievances, investigations and other employee relations matters
- Support workforce planning across busy trading periods, events and seasonal peaks
- Build engagement, culture and an outstanding team member experience
- Partner across Guest Services, F&B;, Housekeeping, Reservations, Events and more
- Interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements and provide sound IR advice




- Identify smarter ways of working and improve people processes and outcomes
- Build leadership capability and support a high-performance, service-led culture
- Work closely with the broader P&C; team to deliver consistent, values-led people practices

What We’re Looking For

You’re a people partner who can balance big-picture thinking with practical, sleeves-rolled-up support. You’ll bring:

- Experience in a P&C;/HR Business Partner role and/or relevant HR qualifications
- Strong employee relations and IR experience, including Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Confidence coaching leaders and managing sensitive workplace matters
- Excellent communication, organisation, judgement and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site, operational environment. Hospitality, tourism or entertainment is a bonus
- Experience supporting shift-based, seasonal or predominantly casual workforces
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with SAP HR, UKG and PageUp experience highly regarded
- Exposure to enterprise bargaining and F&B;/liquor licensing environments highly regarded
- A strong understanding of WHS and safe work practices
- Flexibility to travel between properties and work occasional non-standard hours during peak periods
