About the Role

We're looking for a People & Culture Adviser to join our growing Brisbane team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career HR professional who is eager to learn, build their advisory skills, and gain exposure to all aspects of the employee experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working alongside experienced People & Culture Business Partners, you'll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of people initiatives while partnering with leaders and employees across the business. You'll be supported to develop your knowledge in employee relations, talent management, people processes, engagement, performance, workforce planning, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact on the experience our people have every day.

What you'll be doing

- No two days are the same. In this wide-ranging role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Build strong relationships with employees and leaders across the business.
- Provide support and guidance on HR policies, processes, and day-to-day people matters.
- Help deliver employee engagement, wellbeing, performance, and career development initiatives.
- Support graduate recruitment, onboarding, talent programs, and remuneration review activities.
- Assist with employee relations matters while learning from experienced HR professionals.
- Contribute to diversity, inclusion, and culture initiatives that help create a great place to work.




- Partner closely with our People & Culture team on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You: You may currently be working as an HR Coordinator, People & Culture Coordinator or HR Adviser and are looking for an chance to expand your experience and take on more responsibility.

We're open to candidates from a variety of industries and backgrounds who bring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a genuine passion for people.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role.
- A passion for building relationships and delivering great employee experiences.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.
- Robust attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline (desirable).
- Experience using Workday or another HRIS (highly regarded).
