Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with the best possible care, tailored product advice, and welcoming over-the-counter service
- Maintain flexibility during your shift, successfully completing day-to-day tasks delegated by the Pharmacist or Manager
- Stay motivated to undertake ongoing training to keep your industry knowledge and clinical skills at a high standard
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attention to detail in a busy retail environment
About you
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is highly regarded,
but not essential
- Proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service with a genuine desire to help others
- Sound understanding of retail operations
- Basic knowledge of dispensing prescriptions is considered highly advantageous
