Role Description The Physiotherapist role at Back In Motion Health Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Werribee, VIC. The Physiotherapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help clients manage pain, improve function, and achieve long-term health goals. Daily responsibilities include providing hands-on physiotherapy, supervising exercise and rehabilitation programs, and integrating modalities such as clinical Pilates and massage where appropriate.

The role also involves educating clients on injury prevention, self-management strategies,



and Results4Life™ programs, as well as maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with allied health professionals, and contributing to a positive, client-centered clinic environment.

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the appropriate Australian skilled body.
- Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient-centered care across diverse client populations.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills, with the ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and monitor progress.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with sound organizational and time-management skills in a busy clinical setting.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, quality improvement, and alignment with the Results4Life™ philosophy of long-term health outcomes.
- Comfort using clinical software and digital tools for documentation, scheduling, and communication with clients.
- Previous experience in private practice, allied health settings, or specialized areas such as sports, women’s health, or aged care physiotherapy is advantageous.
