St Therese’s Catholic School, Moonah is currently seeking applications from passionate and experienced educational leaders to undertake the role of Principal. As the Principal you will work collaboratively and effectively to lead staff, students and the wider community to ensure that students receive quality education in accordance with Catholic faith and Christian principles.

The successful applicant must be able to:

- Demonstrate their active, regular involvement in Sunday worship and sacramental life.
- Embrace and model Jesus’ mission for the Church, living and sharing the Catholic faith.
- Lead and support a culture of highly effective learning and teaching so that all students may grow in their academic achievement and social development.
- Model constructive leadership and commitment to personal development in faith, ongoing professional development, health and well-being.
- Contribute richly to educational discourse as thought leaders.




- Contribute to the strategic vision for the school to guide continuous and effective improvement.
- Collaborate and relate effectively with families, parish and community.
