Jesuit Social Services is recruiting an experienced Case Manager for the ReConnect Outreach program to support men and gender diverse individuals exiting custody across Victoria. You will manage complex caseloads, work with Corrections Victoria and other partners, and provide outreach-based, client-led case planning.

Role requires travel to men's prisons and day-of-release transportation from regional locations.
