NSW Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC2) based at Orange Health Service to join the Chronic & Complex Care Team.
The role delivers evidence-based, person-centred care for clients living with chronic pain across outpatient clinics, group programs, telehealth and some inpatient services.
You will work in a multidisciplinary workplace, providing assessment, education and self-management support while contributing to service development, quality improvement, education and research.
