About the Position
This position requires an individual who is passionate about genuine business partnering, building strong relationships and uplifting the capability of our leaders.
The successful candidate will understand the complexities of operating within a multi-site environment and recognise the importance of maintaining a visible,



hands-on presence across our practices.
Building trust, fostering meaningful connections and providing proactive, practical people solutions will be central to success in this role.
You will:
Coach and support leaders across the full employee lifecycle -building their confidence and capability to manage people matters effectively.
Provide end-to-end support on employee relations matters, including grievances, performance management and workplace concerns.
Support annual performance and remuneration reviews, including calibration, ratings and remuneration discussions.
Partner with leaders on WHS, workers' compensation and return-to-work matters, fostering a safe and supportive workplace.
Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance people processes, policies and practices.
Support organisational change initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, teamwork and workplace culture.
Collaborate with the broader P&C; team on projects and initiatives, and leaning in when required, to support other regions.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our people experience, building leadership capability and embedding practical, people-focused initiatives across our practices.
Through a visible and proactive approach, you will foster trusted relationships, promote a positive workplace culture and contribute to the ongoing success of our organisation.
About You




You are a passionate and proactive People & Culture professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships, influencing positive change and developing people-focused solutions that support both our leaders and teams.
You bring strong influence, negotiation and communication skills, with the confidence to provide clear, practical advice and guidance across a diverse range of people matters.
You are passionate about uplifting leadership capability, empowering managers to confidently navigate people's challenges and fostering a positive workplace culture.
You understand the importance of being a visible and approachable presence across a multi-site environment, taking the time to build trust, understanding operational challenges and establishing yourself as a valued partner to the business.
