Bunnings is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Bendigo to lead a 180+ team, drive daily store operations, and achieve high-volume stock management.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll coordinate with Department Managers and store leadership to deliver exceptional service and results.
Responsibilities include safety-first leadership, stock control, merchandising strategies, and working a 1 in 3 weekend roster with some public holidays.
