Sports & Exercise Physician or Registrar – 10 South
Located in the heart of Geelong, 10 South brings together sports medicine doctors,
physiotherapists and allied health professionals in a collaborative setting designed to deliver
exceptional patient care.

About the Role
10 South Clinic is seeking a Sports & Exercise Physician or Registrar to join our established and
growing multidisciplinary practice in Geelong.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, evidence-based sports and exercise medicine assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management to patients across a broad range of sporting and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and oversee individualised treatment, rehabilitation and return-to-sport plans in collaboration with patients and the broader multidisciplinary team
Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, strength and conditioning staff and other health professionals to deliver integrated patient care
Support the assessment and management of acute and chronic sporting injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and exercise-related health concerns
Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centred clinical experience and ensure patients receive clear communication and continuity of care
Participate in case discussion, clinical collaboration and knowledge sharing across the multidisciplinary team
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, professional practice, governance and
For Registrars, actively participate in the Sports & Exercise Medicine training program, clinical education and supervision opportunities available through 10South




Contribute to the ongoing development of 10South's sports medicine services and broader clinical offering
About You
You are a highly motivated and collaborative medical professional with a passion for sports and
exercise medicine and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
You bring a solid
clinical focus, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working as part of a
multidisciplinary team.
Experience:
Specialist qualification in Sport and Exercise Medicine, or currently undertaking an accredited Sports & Exercise Medicine training program
Appropriate medical registration with AHPRA and relevant professional memberships
Demonstrated clinical experience in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries
Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare or high-performance environment will be highly regarded
A strong understanding of contemporary sports medicine, rehabilitation and return-to-sport
You will also demonstrate:
