Job Description
Meander Valley Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader People & Safety to lead Council's people, safety and workforce services in Tasmania.
Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, you will provide practical guidance to meet employment and safety obligations, build manager capability and support wellbeing.
Based in Westbury, 25 minutes from Launceston, the role leads a small team delivering HR, WHS, wellbeing, policy, systems and reporting.
