You will ideally have:
A recognisedBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Educationor equivalent
CurrentACECQA-approved ECT qualification
A current Working With Children Check
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
A genuine passion for children's learning and development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An interest in mentoring and supporting other educators
A willingness to learn, grow and take on a leadership opportunity
Previous Educational Leader experience is desirable, but not essential.What We Offer
